For me, it's mostly a good opportunity to provide and / or afford full of chocolate treats * _ *
For this occasion, I decided to offer my small Cupid Cupcakes and chocolate strawberries while ^ ^ (Oh yeah, because I love cooking too!)

  • any Cupcakes Chocolate / Cinnamon Stuffed Cherry cherry

Ingredients:
(For about 15 muffins)

2 eggs - 200 g flour
- 180

- 150 g dark chocolate pastry
- 150 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 or 2 jars pitted cherries type "Andros"

Trim:
- 120 g white chocolate
- 120 ml full cream liquid

Preparing the filling:
(The day before or 5 h before preparing the cupcakes)
  1. Melt white chocolate over very low heat or in the microwave and pour 50 ml of liquid whipping cream. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add the remaining liquid whipping cream and let stand in refrigerator overnight or until 5am to prepare the cupcakes.
  3. the Beat with electric mixer until white chocolate ganache obtaining a frothy cream, standing perfectly to be derived from the pastry bag. Garnish the cupcakes using a pastry bag and refrigerate fluted.
Prepare cupcakes :
  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

  • Strawberries All Chocolate
Ingredients:
(For 250 g of strawberries)
Add the amounts of products to your taste!
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- From Dark Chocolate
- white chocolate
- Butter
- Milk (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Wash strawberries keeping the calyx and peduncle.
  2. Melt white chocolate and butter over very low heat or in microwave. Add milk if you want to work a little easier the dough (it is not too hard).
  3. Do the same with dark chocolate.
  4. Toss strawberries with chocolate to your liking, then working drawings using a spoon!
  5. Allow chocolate strawberries in the fridge.
